Via Amy. If the on-line dictionary had those little pictures that some printed dictionaries do, Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska would be a prime candidate for the illustration next to the definition of 'doofus'. His speech in the Senate explaining why he voted against Net Neutrality is a classic! You'll have to read it to disbelieve it.

Also remember, Stevens was the Senate patron for the infamous "Bridge to Nowhere." The man loves his pork, not to mention his telecom industry campaign donors.
